中古マンションのリノベーションプロジェクト。 限られた面積の中で可能な限り広さを感じることのできるよう、無駄のない効率的な空間構成が求められた。住宅としての機能を満たすだけでなく、ささやかな暮らしの豊かさが感じられるよう工夫を凝らしている。 天井の低い空間で効果的に広さを感じられるよう壁を取り払い、キッチンからリビングダイニングまで視線が通る構成にした。さらに間接照明を連続させることで空間の繋がりと奥行きを強調している。また人のコミュニケーションにおいてもオープンでスムーズになり開放的な印象となった。 現代の居住空間に日本人の芸術的な感性を呼び起こす装置として「床板」を設置。自由に花や器をしつらえて、季節の移ろいを愛でることができる。床板の存在は空間に余白を生み出し、精神的な安らぎと静けさを与えてくれる。移ろいゆく光と影に意識をかたむけ、アートを鑑賞するための背景となるようマテリアルはモノトーンに統一した。 日常の暮らしに目を向け、美しい情景と時間を感じるための空間。 STUDIO ALUC　WEBページ https://www.studioaluc.com/ A renovation project of a pre-owned condominium. In a limited space, an efficient and thoughtful layout was essential to create an environment that feels as spacious as possible. The design goes beyond simply fulfilling the functional requirements of a home; it also strives to evoke a sense of modest richness in daily living. To effectively enhance the feeling of openness in a space with low ceilings, walls were removed to create an unobstructed view from the kitchen to the living and dining areas. Additionally, continuous indirect lighting emphasizes spatial connection and depth. This layout not only enhances the physical openness of the space but also promotes smooth and open communication, creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a device to evoke Japanese artistic sensibility in a modern living space, a “tokonoma-style floor panel” was incorporated. This feature allows residents to freely display flowers or vessels, appreciating the changing seasons. The presence of the floor panel creates a sense of spaciousness, offering mental tranquility and calm. To serve as a backdrop for observing the subtle play of light and shadow or appreciating art, the materials were unified in a monochromatic palette.
