PROJECT MEMBER
Souvenir is a wine & cocktail bar sited within a small enclave of a former garment factory in Berawa, Bali. A curved wall guides the way to the bar’s entrance, set a few paces into the facade of the existing building. On entry, visitors are greeted by the bar counter which runs the length of the space, seating four high chairs. An alcove shelf behind the bar highlights selected spirits and decorative items. Adjacent to the bar’s entrance, the interior side of the curved facade forms a lounge area for group gatherings. The earthy textured render to the walls and ceiling, upholstered seating and recycled rubber flooring create an intimate and cave-like atmosphere. This is punctuated by gradient amber-green resin highlighting the bar’s entrance signage, custom wall lighting and low table tops.
